показатель скорости коррозии
Характеристика интенсивности процесса коррозии. Скорость окисления или окалинообразования в основном оценивают по увеличению массы, а скорость растворения (при условии равномерности процессов) — по потере массы металла с единицы поверхности в единицу времени (г/(м2*ч)). Однако при таком выражении скорости коррозии трудно сопоставить глубины проникновения коррозии (уменьшения толщины) разных металлов из-за различия их плотностей. Поэтому используют интегральный показатель скорости коррозии (мм/год), который рассчитывается с учетом скорости потери массы и плотности металла. По этому показателю коррозионная стойкость металлов оценивается десятибалльной шкалой (ГОСТ 13819).
